Heard that from him every 3 months now for over a year. Bullshit. Also, if you go back just a year earlier, he was the leading voice among the inspectors saying Saddam did have WMD and needed dealt with posthaste. That was 99 or 2000. Hes full of crap. Period.

Ritter says a lot of things. Other US intelligence officers believe Russia is being defeated. Ukraine has already liberated 52.5% of the territory that Russia had initially seized. Russians are afraid of the coming Ukrainian counteroffensive.
