Unfortunately, in order for the punishment to be effective it will need to go beyond what is currently accepted in the judicial systems around the globe. Reason? How do you punish the people who are 80 years old (and older), who are at the end of their lives? They do not care about any form of punishment, they know they are gone forever anyhow in a few short years. 80 is the average age of the people who are behind this evil plan. The solution? Unfortunately, their children, grandchildren, and potentially grand grand children will have to pay heavy prices for what their elders have done to the world. Controversial? Yes. Necessary? Absolutely!
